A magnificent achievement

The second share offer ran from February 2022 to March 2023 and raised £276k. This plus additional grants, loan offers and a further £545k from The National Lottery Heritage Fund has enabled us to complete our minimum funding requirement and commence restoration. A great effort and a big thankyou to all who helped.

Now just the final effort….

In order to complete the funding we had to cut out a few items from our wish list and there is still over £20k to raise to cover these costs. Shares are always available to be purchased and enquiries can be made directly by email to secretary@thegeorgecommunitypub.co.uk.
