September 2020 – Concept Designs have been completed

An important milestone has been achieved with the completion of the Concept Designs for the George.

The plans show how the ground floor will make the most of the important heritage of the building with the public areas of restaurant and lounge bar taking centre stage in the historic framework. The new facilities that include the fully appointed kitchen, bar and rest room will ensure an efficient and up to date service to all areas.

A lift and staircase will take the visitor to the first floor where the flexible community areas suitable for numerous activities can be found. Rooms can be serviced from the kitchen and bar on the ground floor and with the possibility of vaulted ceilings. The designs look very exciting, Check them out on our web site home page.
